If we sent you the wrong item then please call our customer service department during our business hours. You must make us aware of our error within 7 business days of the product’s delivery to your location. If you notify us within 7 business days we will handle the exchange for you. We will pick up the item that we sent to you incorrectly and send you the correct item when the incorrect product arrives back at our location. This process will be accomplished with no charge to you. Your participation is required in that you must make yourself available to the freight company during their pick-up hours. You must also repackage the item using the same packing materials so that it will arrive back at our location safely. Please be aware that if you notify us that we sent you the incorrect product after 7 business days has passed then a 10% restocking charge will apply. Unfortunately, after 30 days we will not accept the product back for exchange or refund.
All returns or exchanges must be in their UNOPENED ORIGINAL FACTORY ISSUED BOX AND OR PACKAGING.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return a product then there will be a restocking charge of up to 15% plus you will forfeit our actual cost to ship the product from our location to yours. We must insist that you call us about your return, during our business hours, and speak to a customer service representative. The customer service representative will provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) to put on your package. If you return an item without first receiving an RMA # then your return will be rejected. The delivery company will be instructed to return the item to you, as the sender, at your cost. You have 7 business days after the product has been delivered to your location to request a return. No returns will be allowed for any reason beyond 30 business days from when you received your order.
If any item is returned and is deemed to be in good condition and refit for resale as new then we will refund the purchase amount for the item to you. You will not be refunded the delivery cost for when the item was shipped to your home or business. We will refund your money within 5-10 business days of receiving your return shipment back to our facility. The refund method will be identical to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card then your refund will be issued to the same credit card. If you paid via PayPal then the refund will be issued to your PayPal account. Be aware that although we have issued the refund, the funds may not be immediately available to you. The process of our bank and your bank transferring funds back to you could take an additional week.
We will only accept returns of new and unused products in their original unopened packaging. We must be able to put the item back into our stock and resell the item as new. If the item cannot be considered new anymore then we will not take it back. This means that we will not take an item back if you attempted to use or install it, or if the original manufacturer packaging has been opened.
If you need to return a small packaged item that was sent to you via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, then you may choose the return delivery method. We recommend that the method you choose allows you to receive a tracking number and purchase insurance for the value of the item against loss or damage.
If you need to return a larger item that was delivered to you via tractor trailer truck, then you will be responsible for arranging freight back to one of the individual distribution centers. We will provide you with the freight class, weight, and dimensions of your original shipment so that you provide the tractor trailer delivery company of your choice with the proper information.
