Shipping The Wholesale Warehouse

We ship to 48 states. We do not ship to HI, AK, or PR. We do not ship internationally. All shipments are sent fully insured against damage with reputable national freight carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Yellow Freight Systems.

TRACKING INFORMATION E-MAILS:

  • You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves one of our buildings.
  • We will use the same e-mail address that you have provided when you created your account with us.
  • The e-mail will advise you of the freight or parcel carrier that will be delivering your order and the freight carrier's tracking number (aka pro-number).
  • Transit times are NOT guaranteed. Please note, if you have an emergency order requirement that needs a confirmed shipment delivery date, please call our customer service department directly before you place your order to confirm it's delivery date.

SHIPPING METHODS BY PRODUCT:

1. Tankless Water Heaters -

  • All Tankless water heaters and their accessories will ship via UPS or FedEx
  • All Water Heaters are sent with a signature required at time of delivery.
  • The Rinnai Tankless Water Heater will not be combined with any other product
  • Additional accessories, such as vent pipe and plumbing kits, will be combined
    whenever possible at an additional cost. These accessory items will NOT be free.
  • Please note that UPS and FedEx use a system called dimensional weight. 
    This means that the larger the box, the more expensive it is to ship regardless
    of the weight of the items inside the box. For example, a desktop computer
    and a king size pillow would cost the same to ship even though the pillow is lighter.
  • UPS and FedEx charge by the box. If we send two boxes to your home then you'll have to pay the cost to ship them both.
  • On a weekday, we will ship most orders that are paid for by 12:00 PM EST the same day.
  • Transit time will vary depending on how far away from us you live.
  • UPS Ground transit will be 1-2 business days when shipping to the North East, but  could be 5-6 business days if you live on the West Coast.

2. Boilers and Tank Water Heaters -

  • $200 shipping per item within the continental United States. The continental United States is defined as the lower 48 contiguous states. We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other territory of the United States. This means that we will NOT ship to the Virgin Islands or anywhere in the Caribbean.
  • We will NOT ship to any foreign country. This means that we will NOT ship to: Canada, Mexico, Asia, Africa, Central America, Europe, or South America.
  • An order for this equipment will weigh between 200lbs and 600lbs. This equipment must ship via tractor trailer. It can NOT be shipped via DHL, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or the USPS (United States Postal Service). This item must be shipped by way of a freight carrier, aka, LTL common carrier.
  • We will ship these items using a nationally known freight carrier such as: Yellow Freight, FedEx Freight, Roadway, or ABF. We will never use a small freight carrier of unknown quality.
  • All items must be completely unboxed and uncrated for inspection at the time of delivery. Do not trust the outer packaging. All packaging must be removed. You must visually inspect the sheet metal or plastic of the unit(s) you have ordered. You must visually inspect all 6 sides (top, bottom, left, right, front, and back) as well as all corners. If you find that an item is damaged then reject that item. If the shipment contained multiple items then you will be allowed to keep the balance of the shipment that is in good condition. Any damaged items should be immediately given back to the delivery driver. Do not keep any damaged items at your home. The freight liability ends when the delivery driver leaves your home. Once the delivery driver leaves your home will not be able to assist you with any damaged equipment.
  • We will shrink wrap and band your order to a skid in a way that is suitable for tractor trailer shipment. These items are shipped to your home fully insured against damage. All home deliveries will include lift-gate assisted unloading to the curb. The driver of the truck will use a hydraulic lift to lower the equipment from the back of the truck down to street level. The liability of the delivery company ends at the curb in front of the delivery location. You have not paid for the delivery company to bring their men or their machines onto your property. Be prepared to move the equipment from the street to your home, the driver has NOT been paid to assist you. You are responsible for moving the equipment from the street to a place where it will remain safe and dry. If the delivery driver decides to help you move the equipment from the street there will be zero liability for any item that is damaged or dropped once past the curb in front of your location.
  • Your order usually will leave our warehouses within 3-6 business days of your payment.
  • Your telephone number is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to ensure proper delivery.
  • We can make no exceptions to this policy.

3. Goodman Furnaces, A/C Split Systems, Heat Pump Systems, and Dual Fuel Systems-

  • $200 SHIPPING within the continental United States. The continental United States is defined as the lower 48 contiguous states. We will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other territory of the United States. This means that we will NOT ship to the Virgin Islands or anywhere in the Caribbean.
  • We will NOT ship to any foreign country. This means that we will NOT ship to: Canada, Mexico, Asia, Africa, Central America, Europe, or South America.
  • An order for this equipment will weigh between 200lbs and 650lbs. This equipment must ship via tractor trailer. It can NOT be shipped via DHL, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or the USPS (United States Postal Service). This item must be shipped by way of a freight carrier, aka, LTL common carrier.
  • We will ship these items using a nationally known freight carrier such as: Yellow Freight, FedEx Freight, Roadway, or ABF. We will never use a small freight carrier of unknown quality.

  • We can make no exceptions to this policy.

4. Larger Rinnai Products including Furnaces, Boilers, and Tank Water Heaters-

  • $125 - $200 shipping per item within the continental United States. The continental United States is defined as the lower 48 contiguous states. FREIGHT DAMAGE:

!!!!!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We inspect your items prior to packing them for shipment. We make sure that your items are in perfect condition before they leave our warehouses. We use packaging methods that have proven to be very reliable against damage. These methods have been proven time and again over the years that we have been selling on the internet.

HOWEVER, EVEN WITH ALL THE PRECAUTIONS THAT WE TAKE, THERE WILL OCCASIONALLY BE DAMAGE TO YOUR ORDER IN TRANSIT.

You must inspect all items for damage at the time of delivery. You must be completely unboxed and uncrated for inspection at the time of delivery. Do not trust the outer packaging. All packaging must be removed. You must visually inspect the sheet metal or plastic of the unit(s) you have ordered. You must visually inspect all 6 sides (top, bottom, left, right, front, and back) as well as all corners. If you find that an item is damaged then reject that item. If the shipment contained multiple items then you will be allowed to keep the balance of the shipment that is in good condition. Any damaged items should be immediately given back to the delivery driver. Do not keep any damaged items at your home. The freight liability ends when the delivery driver leaves your home. Once the delivery driver leaves your home will not be able to assist you with any damaged equipment.

Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are confident that EVERYTHING that you have received is in good condition.

REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOU SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY RECEIPT, YOU OWN THE EQUIPMENT. IF ANYTHING WAS DAMAGED AND YOU FAILED TO NOTICE IT, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED ITEM. PLEASE DO NOT CALL US TO ASK FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT IF YOU FAILED TO REJECT DAMAGED PARTS. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU IF YOU FAIL TO REGARD THIS WARNING.

If anything arrives damaged, you must refuse the damaged piece. Keep everything that was in good condition and have the driver take back the damaged item. You should call us to let us know that you have rejected a damaged item and kept the rest of the items. Remember, do NOT keep any damaged items. You should only keep the items in good condition. Send ONLY damaged items back with the truck driver. We will ship you a replacement for the item that you rejected as damaged once we can confirm with the freight company that they have the damaged item in their possession.
