Warranty The Wholesale Warehouse

WARRANTIES:

The Wholesale Warehouse only offers well-known and established brands of equipment from manufacturers that provide a nation-wide warranty. All equipment, unless otherwise stated, is sold brand new with the full manufacturer's warranty. In the event that a warranty repair is needed, simply contact the contractor that installed the equipment. Once they have diagnosed the problem, they can obtain a warranty replacement part free of charge by returning the defective part to The Wholesale Warehouse or any of the manufacturer's local parts distributors. On all manufacturer warranty parts replacements you will be responsible for any labor charges incurred in the replacement of the part as well as shipping and handling of the defective and replacement part.

Goodman and Biasi Equipment - The parts exchange program is handled via UPS shipments. We send you a new part for which you pay the freight and leave a deposit. The defective part must be sent back to us within 2 weeks of your receipt of the replacement. When we receive your defective part back to us then we will refund your entire deposit. We will not refund the shipping costs. We will only refund the deposit on the new part.

ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED
There will be no exceptions allowed!

Furnaces, Boilers, and Tankless Hot Water Heaters - A licensed contractor’s receipt indicating that you had a licensed contractor install your equipment before start-up is required to validate your warranty.  The licensed contractor should be a professional whose contact information can be verified in a phone directory. Alternatively, you can provide documentation showing that your equipment was inspected by your city's mechanical department, or by your local utility company. Without a receipt from a licensed contractor, city mechanical department or utility company, we cannot process warranty parts or claims for you. This information can either be faxed or e-mailed to us.

Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning Systems - A licensed contractor’s receipt indicating that you had a licensed contractor install your equipment before start-up is required to validate your warranty.  Additionally, we will require a copy of the technician’s EPA Certification card.

Products and Equipment with Anti-Internet Policies - In such cases, products that have published disclaimers against purchasing certain equipment via the internet we will match the original manufacturer's warranty on parts and workmanship in both length and scope as long as the products are installed by a licensed contractor when required and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. On all manufacturer warranty replacements you will be responsible for any labor charges incurred in the servicing to diagnose, repair, install the replacement of any part or product as well as the shipping and handling of the defective product and replacement parts. It should be noted that some manufacturers have 'anti-internet' policy for various reasons, but mainly to stop the risk of improper installation by end-users, untrained installers and unlicensed contractors. As a wholesaler, we strongly agree with these policies, and want to clearly express that we do not support any installs of this type of products and or equipment without a licensed contractor (e.g. air conditioning systems and units, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, controls etc.). Any warranty on products we sell, whether provided by the manufacturer or us, will be void in the event of improper and unlicensed installation.
